Thanks to all who came out and enjoyed a beautiful day, here at Hummel Airfield. We had over two hundred cars registered and the field was packed full of classic, antique, and exotic cars to see and enjoy.
The winds kept some airplanes away while many showed up, including a 1944 Beechcraft D17S Stagger wing and a 1943 North American SNJ-5.
Also on display were race cars, military vehicles, and fire and rescue equipment.
Trophies were awarded in many categories. Some of the award winners were a 1915 Ford Speedster, a 1961 Cadillac Coupe, and a 1963 Studebaker Avante.
We were happy to see so many of our friends, new and old, come from far and near and we hope to see you next year at Wings and Wheels 2010.
